The fire burns you down and sustains you simultaneously. The water can cool you off and also drowns you. The vastness of the sky makes you realize that you are more than just a body. If you do not know your elements, discover them in nature. If you are lost and need help, do not hesitate to ask a river, ocean, sun, moon, mountain, or tree.
